In Store Pickup
Orders selected as in store pickup should be available within one hour of purchase every day we are open. Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Pacific and Saturday 9:00AM-5:00PM Pacific. Proof of purchase or Photo ID will be required for in store pickup orders. Items selected as in store pickup will NOT be shipped. To arrange shipping, please contact email@example.com or Parts Department 707-443-8031. Orders will not be processed on Sundays or the following holidays: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Subject to change, we will notify as soon as possible of any additional closures.
In Store Pickup Only
VP Race fuel, Stacyc, ramps, tires, certain fluids/oils, large and oversized items will be labeled as in store pickup only. These items cannot and will not be shipped.
Handing time on pre-orders is usually 3-5 business days but can sometimes take as long as 10 business days to be shipped. If a Pre-order is on backorder with the vendor you will receive an email communicating the backorder with an ETA if available. At that time you will be able to cancel your pre-order if you do not wish to wait.
Handling time on all items is same business day before 2:00PM Pacific. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Orders are processed daily 9AM - 2:00PM Pacific Monday - Friday, this means if you place your order after 2:00 Pacific your order will not be processed until the following business day. We do not process orders for shipping on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays we’re closed – New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Subject to change, we will notify as soon as possible of any additional closures.
Shipping is based on shipping location and items weight for the contiguous lower 48 states. Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers based on location or for combined orders. This is to ensure your package gets to you as quickly and as well packaged as possible. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There will be no additional shipping charges for additional packages of the same order. Doesn’t apply to In Store Pickup orders. Chemicals, batteries, and all other items required by law will be shipped ground. We intend to follow all freight laws. Restrictions may apply.
Free Shipping is offered on orders of $149* or more to the contiguous lower 48 states. Orders under $149 will be charged shipping. We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers based on location or for combined orders. This is to ensure your package gets to you as quickly and as well packaged as possible. *Exclusions to free shipping: Stacyc, ramps, tires, large and oversized items and items labeled as in store pickup only.
We do our best to combine shipping on orders. If you wish to ensure that multiple items you have purchased are combined, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, as orders are processed 9AM - 2:00PM Pacific Monday - Friday. If the orders have already shipped, it may be out of our hands.
Our inventory is constantly updating and changing, we do our best to keep it as accurate as possible. However, in some instances seasonal items sell very fast and can be subject to temporary delays. In the case this happens, we place your parts on an emergency restocking order and the item will generally ship within next business day. In the event of a prolonged delay we will make our best effort to contact and notify you of such delays. We will do our best to work with you to get you your item as fast as possible.
