Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back until Pacific Motorsports accepts your return. We cannot offer credit without an RMA#.
To initiate your return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order info, and reason for return
- Once you receive an RMA# from Pacific Motorsports, get your items ready to ship. Item must be in new, unused condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. If you return is rejected, we may be able to offer a partial refund – granted on a case by case basis.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for the item while in transit to our facility.
Several types of goods are unable to be returned. We do not accept returns on helmets, electrical parts, discontinued, clearance or sale items; items specified as “no returns” or “nonrefundable” nor Remote Control (RC) vehicles, parts, and accessories. Gift cards are non-returnable. Any items that have been “test rode” or installed is considered to be used and cannot be returned. Any signs of use including wear, bugs, dirt, smell, scuffing, mounting, scratches, etc. or a condition other than it was originally purchased cannot be returned.
There are no cancellations on pre-orders when contacted within 24 hours. After 24 hours has elapsed, there will be no cancellations. Any returns on pre-orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on clearance or closeout pre-orders.
If a Pre-order is on backorder with the vendor you will receive an email communicating the backorder with an ETA if available. At that time you will be able to cancel your pre-order if you do not wish to wait.
Clearance, Sale and Garage Sale items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance, sale, or garage sale items. You are responsible for fitment prior to purchase. For parts fitment assistance, contact the Parts Department at 707-443-8031.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Wait for authorization, then send your item to: Pacific Motorsports, 4001 Broadway St, Eureka CA 95503, United States.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
